2. Purpose

This website presents yacht charter services in the Mediterranean. AUREVE acts as an independent charter broker and does not own the yachts shown. Charters are concluded under a separate written charter agreement with the yacht's owner or operator.

3. Information and prices

Yacht specifications, availability and prices are indicative and may change without notice. Weekly rates exclude VAT, APA (advance provisioning allowance) and other costs unless stated otherwise. Only the signed charter agreement is binding.

4. Use of the website

Users agree to use this website lawfully and not to damage, disable or misuse it. AUREVE is not liable for interruptions, errors or damage caused by third parties, nor for the content of external websites linked from this site.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo and the AUREVE name are owned by Extra Yachting Group, S.L. or used under licence. Yacht photographs belong to their respective owners. Reproduction without written permission is not allowed.

6. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Unless consumer law provides otherwise, disputes are subject to the courts of Ibiza.
