2. Data we collect

When you send a charter request we collect your name, email, phone number (optional) and trip details (destination, dates, guests, yacht size). When you contact us via WhatsApp or phone, we process the messages you send.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use this data to answer your request, send yacht options and prepare a charter (Art. 6.1.b GDPR, pre-contractual steps), and to meet tax and accounting duties (Art. 6.1.c). We do not send marketing without your consent.

4. Retention

Requests that do not lead to a charter are deleted after 24 months. Charter records are kept for as long as required by Spanish tax and commercial law.

5. Recipients

We share your details with yacht owners, operators or central agents only when needed to check availability or arrange your charter. Our hosting and database providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by contacting hello@aureveyachting.com. You may also file a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
